Purchasing Process

To begin, please register an account to gain access to our extensive inventory of vessels. Should you decide to proceed with an offer, our comprehensive services are available to assist you at every step. Furthermore, we provide 24/7 support to address any questions related to your transaction or shipping needs.

To create an account, navigate to the “Login/Register” link in the menu and select the “Register Now” option. This will direct you to our secure registration page, where you can input your details using our intuitive platform. Once registered, you will be able to submit offers on any vessel listed in our inventory.

Our company operates on a lien holder compensation model, not through customer premiums or membership fees. We receive payment directly from the financial institutions holding the liens on the assets we handle.

We maintain a transparent pricing structure with no hidden costs. The only fees incurred are the price of the vessel (if your offer is accepted) and delivery charges. Our goal is to provide a straightforward and reliable service to our valued members.

Currently, physical inspections or pickups are not available, as many lien holders do not have the facilities or trained staff to accommodate such requests. However, we offer a 14-day inspection period, during which you may reject the unit for nearly any reason.

Our delivery service is complimentary for the first 500 miles. For distances exceeding 500 miles, a fee of $1 per mile will apply.

Our inventory features assets located across the United States. Each listing includes the precise location of the vessel (refer to the description). We provide secure and reliable delivery services to ensure your purchase is transported safely and conveniently to your desired location.

We exclusively accept bank-to-bank transfers for payments on repossessed boats. Credit/debit cards and PayPal are not supported, as we consider bank transfers to be the most secure and dependable payment option. Upon acceptance of your offer, our team will provide the necessary transfer details. Prompt payment is required to facilitate a smooth transaction.

Full payment is required prior to the release of any repossessed vehicle. We do not offer financing options, so we recommend evaluating your financial readiness before making a purchase.

In the event of a rejection, we offer free return delivery for all items, regardless of size or type, to streamline the process. Our repossessed vehicles are of exceptional quality, and we are committed to fairness and transparency.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return window. A full refund will be processed within 24 hours of your request, with no questions asked.
